Mesa Del Sol

Mesa del Sol is Albuquerque’s newest and most innovative planned community. The concept to start with economic development and then build houses is new to Albuquerque. This type of economic development is only part of the master plan. The “New Urbanism” design will place a greater variety of retailers, offices, parks, and home styles in close proximity to create a pedestrian lifestyle.
