The Foothills

The Foothills encompass a variety of established neighborhoods near the base of the Sandia Mountains.  The area is located from I-40 north to the reservation. The community offers single family homes, townhomes and lofts with with expansive views of the city lights of vibrant Albuquerque as well as the views of the mountains.  Residents here enjoy community parks, soccer fields, hiking trails and wonderful shops.  There is also a walking path that borders the communities where residents can jog, walk and enjoy the sights with their families.
